Random drops doesn’t make up for the boring play. Their niche is power ups dropped through out the map. It feels generic with nothing really exciting that makes you want to come back for more. In a growing field of battle royals, Hyper Zone does not have any real identity that sets it apart. Playing through this game though, it is clear this battle royal cannot compete with the likes of Apex, War Zone, Fornite, or PUBG. I love that you can put repetitive loot finds to use to upgrade weapons and abilities. The storm concept is really cool and not a fun place to be in. It isn't too game changing, but it isn't totally useless when in combat. The twitch interaction is great to switch things up. The resurrection mechanic I find is really cool and fresh compared to other battle royale takes on rezzing teammates. I encountered numerous problems opening the game in the beta. There are some cheesy plays in the beta you could do that made us have an advantage over others. You are able to flee from enemies if you are fast and slick enough. It is fluid and allows for faster-paced combat. I think movement in this game is where is shines. Graphics are not extraordinary, but not bad. I find it difficult to win, but that is what makes it satisfying when you do win. There are some Very enjoyable gameplay with friends.
